Penny's plan, with the aid of Thalia and Billie, worked perfectly. Gilda must now face the cruel fate she forced upon so many victims.

Penny denies her pleas not to be wiped out, though that doesn't stop Gilda from begging more and more as she dwindles. Before long, all of Gilda's accounts are completely zeroed out... and no trace of her is left in the world.
