Hinoka and Camilla ran into each other at the local library one day, and were arguing back and forth with each other over whose side was better.
Charlotte happened to overhear the two girls bickering, and decided this was her chance to try a new spell she was working on. Charlotte went over to the two bickering girls with a magic wand in hand, and cast her spell once they were both within visual range.
Both Hinoka and Camilla shrank instantly, shrinking out of their clothes in the process. Hinoka only stood six inches tall, while Camilla had been slightly closer to Charlotte, got hit by more of the spell, and was now only three inches tall!
Both of the shrunken girls looked up to Charlotte in fear as she explained how they were both going to make such excellent pets...
