Shrinka di Ros2la

It had only been a short few minutes since the President of Spina di Rosula--Navia--had gotten used to her new perspective thanks to what had to be some sort of magical tea. While she walked curiously and excited about her surroundings, loud clacks of heels could be heard in the distance signaling the arrival of her tardy guest. Navia ran over to hopefully surprise them, but was unaware how quickly things would spiral out of control.

The Champion Duelst Clorinde was Navia's best friend and confidant after many mysteries in Fontaine were solved. The two were almost inseparable at points, but both had businesses they needed to attend to. Clorinde took her seat at the cafe table finding it odd that her host was not there.

"Strange," she thought to herself. "Navia is far more punctual than I am, it's rare for her to be late to one of these tea parties."

Noticing the tea was already poured, Clorinde decided to help herself to a big gulp as she needed the relaxation after being in many duels for the day.

Navia saw her now enlarged friend thanks to her perspective and let out a wave, but got no response as Clorinde focused on gulping her tea down. It was at that moment Navia wondered if all of the tea was like the one she just drank from moments before. She tried to yell out to Clorinde whilst waving, but it was no avail.

After setting her cup down, fully emptied of its contents, Clorinde finally noticed an odd yellow figure on the table. It seemed like it was a doll that was the perfect recreation of her great friend... and it was also moving. Clorinde went to reach out to study this further as Navia made a motion to stand up. As Clorinde hunched over out of her seat, she felt a tingling sensation across her body as the small doll-sized Navia seemed to get farther and farther away from her.

"I'm standing, how am I..." Clorinde thought for a brief moment before she instinctively placed her arms on the table. She began to dwindle rapidly as Navia ran over to her in an attempt to hoist her onto the table. Dangling now with her lower body from the table, Clorinde attempted to climb up whilst Navia pulled--a task difficult for the Spina President as Clorinde still dwarfed her in size. Navia's efforts would not go to waste, however, as Clorinde shrank more, she was able to pull more with her friend getting lighter and lighter.

Clorinde made it onto the table safely with Navia holding onto her, though something was off from what Navia could see.
"How much did you drink..." was all Navia could get out before Clorinde began to shrink even below Navia's small stature. Once the shrinking finally stopped, Navia scooped Clorinde up with her hands to bring her face-level.

"This... is like that book you always mention," Clorinde said, trying to compose herself

"I'm so sorry," Navia lamented. "I hadn't thought all the tea could do this, I was trying to warn you and, well..."

Clorinde merely nodded. "If we can reverse this it would be a most incredible discovery indeed," the Duelist said.

"Did you invite anyone else to this tea party by chance...?" Navia began racking her mind to think if anyone else was coming that could help them...
