Hatsume Mei has developed several inventions for her fellow heroes to improve the security of prisons and the city, even developing a new identification method for professional heroes.

Mei designed a bracelet which could be worn and thus project the information of the person who used it, necessary data such as hero name, blood type, height, associated hero agency, and specialized field.

Some bracelets, like most of their "babies", had flaws because they had been created with a new source of energy recently discovered surrounding all living beings, called chaos energy because it affected all the aspects that made up and maintained the rest of the universe in its usual form. Few people were born with that ability to just manifest their chaos energy in different ways instead of having a quirk.

Some of the people affected were our heroines Mirko who was doing her daily exercise routine with Mina Ashido with whom she had started working after she graduated and had insistently asked her to train together, because both shared the desire to stay in shape and maintain their agility in their movements. And Uravity who was looking for a gift for Eri's birthday that Aizawa had planned and therefore had decided to give her a doll to decorate her room once Eri enters UA.

The two heroines were feeling confused at the sudden change in their lives, while Mirko found this interesting and strange, Uraraka was really embarrassed and concerned with finding something she could use to escape the store before someone bought the dollhouse with her included or mistaken her for a doll.
