The security team escorts Nate and Piper to the medical office. The head security officer addresses the attending physician, a petite Asian woman.
"Hello, Dr. Wong, these are the new arrivals, Nate and Piper. Please give them a physical, and then send them along to the career center."
Doctor Wong has a tattoo on her belly that reads: "Vault 1/100, Physician: Former Overseer". She greets Nate and Piper.
"Hello! It's not every day we have new arrivals. If I'm not mistaken, you're a newly-minted woman, aren't you?" She points at Nate.
"Yes, that's correct"
"Well, then, the first order of business is going to be a gynecological exam. We have to make sure that your new genitals came in properly. This will be somewhat uncomfortable."
As Nate receives the exam, Piper asks, "Say, Doc, your tattoo says you are a former overseer. Which one were you?"
"I was the second overseer, after Doctor Biddle. I left the office over a century ago. I really don't miss it."
Piper asks, "So, why is everyone naked, anyway? There ought to be enough material to make clothes for everyone."
"Well, why don't you try on that lab coat on the hook there?" said Doctor Wong, pointing to the hook on the wall.
Piper quizzically grabbed the coat and put it on. Immediately, she felt the fabric rubbing all over her body, stimulating her far more than it should have. She began to sweat, pant, and felt the immediate need to masturbate, which she presently started doing, almost reflexively.

Once the physical exams are completed, Doctor Wong ushers the two out of the office and directs them to the Career Center.
