Lulu carried Tifa in her shrunken state back to the camp site. Lulu could see how Cloud looked at Tifa... as well as the looks Tifa gave him back as she hid within her giant pair of panties. Lulu understood what they meant to each other. After that day, Lulu desperately wanted to master this new ability from the Onion Knight, so that she could use it on herself.
A month later, Lulu was ready. With Wakka watching, Lulu took her dress off to reveal her black panties and climbed onto the bed. Once she was on her back, Lulu cast the shrinking spell... and began to shrink smaller and smaller.
A minute later, Lulu had shrunk to no more than 10 inches tall.
The waistband of her garment was up to her armpits and covering her torso. Her feet, meanwhile, stuck out on either side of the crotch. The cotton fabric of Lulu's high-cut brief acted as a large, warm, soft blanket.
"I can't believe we are doing this..."
Wakka's voice rang out in confusion. Lulu wasted no time and quickly sat up, holding the waistband of the giant panties against her breasts.
"Don't hesitate now, Wakka. The spell I used will only last a few hours."
Lulu playfully beckoned him. Wakka (happily) complied.
