After failing yet another mission, Excel somehow shrinks herself to match her amount of self worth. Tired of her antics, her glorious leader Il Palazzo chooses to let Elgala (the most junior member of his secret ideological organization ACROSS) punish her.
Excited at the prospect of toying with her senior, Elgala promptly takes her to their apartment and decides to humiliate Excel... while also venting her sexual frustrations with the use of a random doll she found.
