Videl and Bulma have been shrunk down in size to the size of mice from Bulma's shrink ray that has stopped working. Bulma is trying to use the giant-sized dragon balls to summon Shenron to make a wish to make them both normal size again. But a cat turns up, thinking the two of them are a couple of mice, so now Videl is fighting off the cat while Bulma is trying to summon Shenron.
